Delivered on time and as described. Great to get comfortable wide fit trainers that don't look wide fit. I am on my feet all day at work and my 6E new balance trainers mean I am comfortable all day. This is my second pair of 624s and while they are expensive they are worth it to me as my feet can be very painful. I am recovering from bunion surgery and have very painful corns. My first pair are still in great condition but treated myself to a second different colour when there was 20%off. I hope other trainers for women become available in 6E.

Shoes are super comfortable in soft leather so 5 stars but 0 stars in relation to return postage costs.
I had to order two different sizes to get the best fit which meant I had to send a pair back.
The return postage cost was over £5 and not £4.10 as the website states. This cost should be updated on the website. I feel I would be more likely to order and therefore buy more pairs of shoes from Wide-Fit if I did not have to worry about possible return postage costs.

These sketchers are fantastic, walked many miles in them so far. I was worried at first they may have been a little bit tight, but I thought new shoes, give them a chance to break in a bit and now they are brilliant. So comfortable and also look good in my humble opinion. 

Will definitely be back to look at some more shoes or trainers soon.

Initially very helpful when i was ordering. After ordering, I was sent an introductory discount and asked for this to be applied. They kindly agreed to do so, and asked for the order number which I sent through. Unfortunately, despite having agreed to do so the discount was not applied and I was charged the full amount.
On arrival the shoes were both too small and too narrow. I sent an email politely asking if they could recommend an alternative. No response was received to this or to any of the following emails I sent confirming I was returning the shoes. Now just hoping I get a refund without a problem

Bought these sandals for my husbands birthday, he has extremely swollen feet due to medical conditions, haven’t been able to find him any sandals until I bought these 😊 they have very long straps so they easily accommodate his feet , brill ! Thankyou

Excellent service saved the day!

Ordered a pair of Extra wide from NewBalance direct, they never sent them or returned emails chasing, then just cancelled my order the day before I needed them to go on holiday! Rang Wide Fit they personally checked their stock and special delivered them, they arrived the next morning in time for the airport run!

If you have Wide feet and struggle to find shoes or trainers to fit these are your go to guys. They even provide a printable foot sizing guide if you're not exactly sure what size or width you need.
Be prepared though you do have to pay a premium to get the correct size, but comfortable footware is a must if like me yourvon your feet akl day

Great range of wide fit shoes. Efficient service. I ordered some new balance shoes for my son. He likes the shoes so third pair I have ordered for him. They are very light. Only complaint is his toe breaks through the light messing on the top of the shoe.

Good to find somewhere to buy wide fitting shoes that really are wide fitting (a lot from other places are so-called & just seem as narrow as regular shoes). Fittings come up large, I thought I was an 11 size which was way too big, the 10 seems ample.
Prompt delivery & a free returns policy. All very good.

Lovely shoes, really soft leather. I bought them to wear at my son's wedding. The heels are just the right height to look smart but still very comfortable. I have arthritis in my feet and always find it difficult to find shoes that fit and look nice. These are perfect.

Shoes did not fit so returned with proof of delivery. Company is saying they have not received the shoes despite photographic evidence from Parcel Force that they were delivered. E-mail request to speak to a manager unanswered and going round in circles with regards to whether the shoes have been delivered. Money due is just under £200. Very annoyed.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience this time round. The wrong size shoe was sent to me, which I returned costing over £5. I asked for a refund on this postage, which was given to me quickly. However, I then had to chase several times to get my refund and when it came through, the postage cost had been deducted. I haven’t had a response to further emails on this unfortunately. I previously had a good experience, so it has been pretty disappointing.

I really appreciate this company exists, wide shoes are a total pain to find and this company has a decent range.
Service good too, delivery came quickly and when I needed a size smaller the chap I spoke to was really helpful and gave good advice.
